This was the first LOST parody I’d ever written. I was going to send it into The LOST podcast with Jay and Jack for their Christmas episode way back in ’06… but I lost my voice for 2 weeks and couldn’t record it. So, I decided to brush the dust off it now and post it here. (It’s so old, there’s a ” Benry” reference 😉 ). This parody is about, who else, Mr. James ” Sawyer” Ford and his Bear Village treats. 🙂

Heath and I just recorded a two hour special hiatus podcast based on an article that I linked to prior to Season 5 Premiere that I first saw on Nicole’s LOST blog called ” The Pre Season Five Top Ten Essential Episodes” We looked back at these episodes and , in particular, why they may have stood out to Damon and Carlton when writing last season. They were only three 20-25 minute episodes, so I’m going to put them all together on one podcast and give some brief “explanations” ( i.e. excuses) for each one. And maybe some songs that got written during that time. We shall see. 😉

In FF News: Heath and I recorded the final podcast episodes for the year of 2009 ( Episodes #12 and #13) . They are up at Talkshoe ( as well as iTunes) now at ” The Flash Forward LIVE” podcast. It is split into two parts 1) We try to keep each episode around an hour and 2) They gave us a lot to talk about.
